Social media and advertising for car dealers

A website alone does not bring visitors. We run the marketing side too, and measure it against a single number: how many valuation requests actually reached the panel.

Why together

What happens when software and marketing sit in separate companies

Most dealers work with two suppliers: one builds the site, another runs social media. The usual result is that ad traffic lands on the homepage instead of the valuation page, and the marketing team cannot see how many requests reached the panel — so nobody knows which campaign actually worked.

When both sit with the same team, ads point straight at the valuation flow, results are read from the panel, and budget is managed against cost per request rather than cost per click.

Scope

What we manage

Instagram

Monthly content plan, design, reels, publishing and comment handling — treated as a sales channel, not a shop window.

Meta ads

Instagram and Facebook. “Wants to sell a car” and “looking for a car” run as separate campaigns.

Google ads

Search and performance campaigns targeting your region and specific make-model queries.

Content

Vehicle videos, photo editing, campaign visuals and ad copy.

SEO

Technical SEO, regional landing pages and a blog strategy that feeds the valuation page.

Reporting

Monthly: spend, requests received, cost per request and vehicles actually bought.

What we measure

Requests, not likes

  • Request volume — Valuation requests that landed in the panel during the campaign period.
  • Cost per request — Spend divided by requests — the number that actually drives decisions.
  • Reachability — How many of those phone numbers could actually be reached.
  • Conversion to purchase — How many requests ended in a vehicle being bought.
  • Source breakdown — Whether the request came from search, paid social or organic.
  • Regional split — Which districts generate requests, so budget can follow demand.
How we work

Monthly cycle and account ownership

Each month starts with a content calendar and a budget split for your approval, runs through publishing and campaign management, and ends with a report. Campaigns that produce no requests are closed; those that do are scaled.

Ad accounts are opened in your name. Your spend history stays with you, and you can take over control at any time. Advertising budget is separate from our management fee and goes directly to Google and Meta from your own account.
